Who we help

Families come to us when

Their child's school has suggested additional in-class support.
Their child has a diagnosis (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or similar) and needs help accessing the curriculum.
Their child is struggling with focus, transitions, or emotional regulation during learning.
Their child has a medical or physical condition that requires an informed adult alongside them in school.
They're unsure whether their child needs support, and want to talk it through with someone who has done this thousands of times.

Our approach

“Not every child needs an LSA.”

Part of our job on the first call is to tell you honestly whether we're the right solution, or whether you need a different intervention first.

How we support your child

Four things that make an Incluzun placement different

Learning Support Assistants

We pair children with a trained LSA matched specifically to their learning profile, school, and family context — not just available.

Bespoke Skills Enhancement

Every LSA placed through Incluzun receives tailored training for your child's specific needs before day one — covering diagnosis, curriculum, and strategies.

Continued Monitoring & Support

We don't hand over and disappear. Weekly progress tracking using IEP trackers, observation records, and direct check-ins with you and the school — ongoing.

Programmes of Support

Evidence-based specialist programmes — Primary Movements, Social Skills, Toe by Toe, and Communication & Language — embedded into your child's daily support.

A considered process, not a placement service

A free consultation.

We start with a no-obligation conversation. You tell us about your child, their school, and the kind of support you're hoping for. Usually 20 to 30 minutes.

We match and train the right LSA.

We select an LSA from our team whose background, personality, and training fit your child. Then we tailor their skills to your specific case using our Skills Enhancement programme, so they arrive prepared on day one.

Ongoing support, not a handoff.

Once placed, your LSA is monitored weekly. Progress is tracked using IEP trackers, observation records, and regular check-ins with you and the school. If something isn't working, we change it.

Common questions

Questions parents often ask

What is the difference between a shadow teacher and a Learning Support Assistant?
In the UAE, the terms are used interchangeably. Both refer to a trained adult who works one-to-one with a child during their learning day, supporting their engagement, regulation, and progress.
How much does an LSA cost?
It depends on hours, complexity, and setting. We confirm a specific quote after our free consultation, which is designed so you understand exactly what is included before any commitment.
How long before an LSA can start?
Typically two to three weeks from first call to placement. That time is used to match properly and train the LSA for your child specifically, rather than placing someone and hoping.
Will my child's school accept an external LSA?
Most UAE schools do. We handle the approval paperwork and coordination with KHDA and ADEK requirements, and in many cases we already have a working relationship with your school.
What if the LSA isn't the right fit?
We replace within the first 30 days at no additional cost. Weekly monitoring is designed to catch fit issues early, before they become problems for your child.
Do you work across the UAE, or just Dubai?
Across the UAE. We place LSAs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates.

Get in touch

Not sure where to start? Start with a conversation.

Most families who reach out don't have a plan yet. They know something needs to change. Our first call is a no-pressure conversation to understand your situation. If an LSA is the right next step, we'll say so. If something else would serve your child better, we'll say that too.
