When families come to us
A school has flagged that your child needs additional support and suggested hiring an LSA independently. A diagnosis (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, a physical or medical condition) has arrived and mainstream schooling is not adapting fast enough.
Your child is falling behind and you're not sure why, but one-to-one attention seems to help. Your child is twice-exceptional and under-challenged in the standard classroom. You're home-schooling and want structured, professional support a few days a week.
Not every child needs an LSA. Part of our job on the first call is to tell you honestly whether we're the right solution, or whether you need an educational psychologist, speech therapist, or different intervention first. We have referrals for those cases.

What they do
What a Learning Support Assistant does day-to-day
An LSA works one-to-one with your child during their school day, or at home during structured learning time. Depending on your child's needs, they might:
- Help your child stay focused and engaged during lessons.
- Break down tasks into manageable steps.
- Provide emotional regulation support during transitions and overwhelm.
- Track progress using structured tools like IEP trackers and observation records.
- Communicate daily with you and your child's teacher so everyone stays aligned.
- Adapt their approach as your child grows and their needs change.
What an LSA is not
A babysitter, a homework helper, or a substitute teacher. An LSA is a trained professional whose only job is your child's learning and wellbeing.
From first conversation to placement
Consultation.
A free, no-obligation call. We ask about your child's needs, school environment, diagnosis if any, and what you're hoping for. We ask about their interests, routines, and what has and hasn't worked. If we don't think an LSA is the right solution, we say so.
Matching.
We select an LSA from our team whose background and temperament fit your child. Matching is not random. Harmeet reviews every placement personally.
Skills Enhancement for your LSA.
Before they start, your LSA is trained in the specific areas your child needs. Strategies for autism, ADHD, dyslexia, behaviour support, curriculum modification — whatever applies. This is what "tailored to your child" actually means in practice.
Placement and weekly monitoring.
Your LSA starts. Our team checks in with you, the school, and the LSA every week. We use structured progress tools so you see what's actually changing. If something's not working, we adjust. If the match isn't right, we replace.

Working with your child's school
Curricula we work across
British, American, IB, French, Indian, and UAE National curriculum schools.
KHDA and ADEK alignment
Our LSA standards meet current KHDA and ADEK inclusion policy requirements. We handle the approval paperwork for external support personnel so you don't have to navigate it alone.
Existing relationships
We already work with over 60 UAE schools. There's a good chance your child's school is one of them, which makes onboarding simpler.
